1. Agreement

By using this site or booking a reading, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What the service is

Taare Taraney provides astrological analysis and consultation in the Vedic tradition, along with free calculation tools. Readings are traditional interpretations offered for reflection and guidance.

3. What the service is not

This is stated plainly because it matters:

  • Not professional advice. Nothing here is a substitute for medical, legal, psychological or financial advice from a qualified professional. Where a question needs one, you will be told so.
  • Not a guarantee. No outcome is guaranteed and no accuracy percentage is claimed. A chart indicates tendency, capacity and timing — not certainty.
  • Not a decision-maker. Decisions you take after a reading remain entirely yours, as do their consequences.

4. Things we will not do

  • Predict death, terminal illness or the timing of anyone’s death.
  • Give directives on medication, legal strategy or specific investments.
  • Perform or arrange vashikaran, or anything intended to influence another person against their will.
  • Read a third party’s chart without their knowledge or consent.
  • Charge to “remove” a dosha or a transit, because that is not something that can be done.

A request for any of the above will be declined, and any payment already made for it will be refunded in full.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service, to harass, or to attempt unauthorised access.

6. Free tools

The calculators are provided as they are. They are computed from a full ephemeris and we believe them to be accurate, but the output depends entirely on the accuracy of what you enter — above all the birth time. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a free tool’s output.

7. Bookings and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the Services page and are confirmed before payment.
  • Payment is arranged directly once the scope of the reading is agreed.
  • A written reading that has been delivered is not refundable, because the work is already done. If a consultation has not yet taken place, it can be rescheduled or refunded in full.
  • If we decline a request under section 4, any payment is refunded in full.

8. Intellectual property

The written content, the interpretation library, the calculation engine and the design of this site belong to Taare Taraney. A reading written for you is yours to keep and use personally; please do not republish it as your own work or resell it.

9. Reviews you submit

By submitting a review you confirm it is your genuine experience and you grant permission to publish it with the name and city you provide. Reviews are moderated; we may decline one that is abusive, defamatory or not from an actual client, and we will not edit the substance of a review to make it more flattering.

10. The chat assistant

The assistant is software, not the astrologer. It can be wrong, and it is explicitly instructed never to guarantee outcomes or give medical, legal or financial directives. Do not treat its output as a reading, and do not put anything in it you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific reading in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity or data.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
